AUTUMN HARVEST BIRTHDAY

The brief :

Autumn birthday lunch.

Table Styling :

A modern twist on a traditional Harvest table.
For this special lockdown birthday we wanted to create a sensorial feast, celebrating all the scents and colours associated with the turning of the season. To create a feeling of abundance, we layered the table with mismatching printed linens - a beautiful red and green tablecloth from Greece, tomato red vintage checked napkins from France and beautiful mismatched coloured Murano glass tumblers from Venice. Vases were overflowing with wild stems and crab apples, layered over the top of gourds, sweet corn husks and pomegranates. Layers of beeswax candlelight were added with a selection of our rolled beeswax candles in black, pink and orange.
